Responsibilities:

• Strategic sales, presentation and expansion of ONLY in Eastern Europe

• Business-oriented customer consulting through excellent sales service

• Acquisition of new customers and identification of growth potentials for ONLY

• Proactive sales processes through number-based order preparation

• Optimal preparation and development of collections considering Visual Merchandising guidelines

• Presentation of collections, order entries and follow ups

• Operational realization of the specified sales targets

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial training/high school diploma; a business degree is also welcome

• Experience in sales or fashion retail

• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of data processing

• Ambitious and communicative sales personality with a keen interest in fashion sales and the latest trends

• Proactive and goal-oriented working style

• Effective planning and organizational abilities

• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and punctuality.

• Affinity for numbers, entrepreneurial thinking, and customer-oriented approach.

• Willingness to travel within Europe; a valid class B drivers license is required.

• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Good knowledge of written and spoken English language. Any other Eastern European language, especially Polish or Romanian, is an advantage.
