OMVs Fuels & Feedstock business produces and markets fuels as well as feedstock for the chemical industry, operates three refineries in Europe, and holds a 15% stake in a refining joint venture in the UAE. OMV operates around 1,700 filling stations in eight European countries. In the Energy segment, OMV explores and produces oil and gas in the four core regions of Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa, North Sea, and Asia-Pacific. Average daily production in 2022 amounted to 392 kboe/d. Its activities also include the Low Carbon Business as well as the entire gas business.
Our business

What you will get an insight in

• You will get an insight into invoice processing via SAP, an insight into risk management and contract management.
• You will assist with customer support via e-mail.
• You will support with the implementation of new systems (RPA’s, CEP, Sales Force)
• You will prepare data analysis, reports and presentations.
• You will support the team with everyday tasks and administration.
• You will be part of ongoing changes in the company and contribute with your own knowledge and ideas.
• You will develop further competencies beside applying your theoretical knowledge.
  

What we are looking for

• You are a currently enrolled student in an economic university of university of applied sciences (WU/FH).
• You are confident working with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• You have IT affinity, analytic skills, hands on ability and can integrate well into a team.
• You have great teamwork and communication skills.
• You are fluent in German and English.
