Jacks Point Clubhouse and Restaurant is situated on the edge of Lake Tewa, surrounded by Jacks Point championship golf course which is billed as one of the worlds most spectacular golf courses.

The restaurants focus is on providing our customers with seasonally inspired food & beverage menus over 7 days.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Duty Manager/Server to work with our team in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will be able to lead the shift to ensure the service, presentation and atmosphere for our guests is exceptional.

You will have:

• Strong operational experience, ideally with some of this being at a supervisory level
• Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multi-task, lead, direct, and solve problems effectively
• Able to assist with developing and motivating a talented, dedicated team
• Able to suggest and implement improvements to the operation and encourage the same in the team
• Passion and drive for ensuring exceptional and authentic customer service
• Strong verbal communication skills for dealing effectively with all types of customers and personalities
• Able to work days and shifts that match the business needs, including weekends
• Experience with event execution would be an advantage
• Friendly and professional with a high level of presentation
• A current General Managers Certificate or the ability to get one.
