Das Mandarin Oriental, Wien wird in einem denkmalgeschützten Gebäude untergebracht und über 138 Gästezimmer und Suiten verfügen, die sich um einen Innenhof im Zentrum des Anwesens gruppieren. Es wird ein Restaurant, eine Bar und einen Außenbereich mit Garten umfassen. Als Commis de Cuisine Breakfast sind Sie für folgende Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Zubereitung und Präsentation von Frühstücksgerichten nach den Standards des Hotels
• Unterstützung des Frühstücksteams bei der täglichen Vorbereitung und Ausführung des Frühstücksservices
• Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Küche und bei der Zubereitung der Speisen
• Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Pflege der Arbeitsstation
• Sicherstellung der Qualität und Frische der verwendeten Zutaten

The Mandarin Oriental, Vienna is located in a listed building and features 138 guest rooms and suites, arranged around a courtyard in the center of the property. It will include a restaurant, a bar, and an outdoor garden area. Additionally, the property will offer a Mandarin Oriental spa with several treatment rooms, a swimming pool, and a well-equipped fitness center. For events and social occasions, there will also be various flexible banquet and meeting rooms available.

The 24 residences at the Mandarin Oriental will be located on the top two floors of the building and will have private access to the roof. Several of the apartments will offer outdoor terraces with stunning views over the city. These are among the most exclusive residences in the city, and owners will enjoy the legendary service of Mandarin Oriental along with direct access to hotel facilities.

As a Commis de Cuisine Breakfast, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Preparation and presentation of breakfast dishes according to the hotels standards
• Supporting the breakfast team in daily preparation and execution of the breakfast service
• Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations in the kitchen and during food preparation
• Assistance in organizing and maintaining the work station
• Ensuring the quality and freshness of ingredients used
• Close cooperation with the team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Monitoring stock levels and promptly reporting missing products or ingredients
