We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Controller to support the financial operations of our call center. The ideal candidate will assist in budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and financial analysis to ensure efficient financial management. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Assist in preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational expenses.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

• Help in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report discrepancies.

Cost Control & Expense Management:

• Monitor call center operational costs and suggest cost-reduction measures.
• Assist in reviewing vendor contracts and expenses to ensure financial efficiency.
• Ensure financial transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.

Compliance & Internal Controls:

• Assist in ensuring financial compliance with local laws and accounting standards.
• Help maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and financial discrepancies.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Financial Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Assist in payroll processing and financial documentation.
• Support financial system updates and improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role (experience in a call center environment is a plus).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems) and MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cost control and budget management.
• Understanding of call center operations and financial KPIs.
• Knowledge of financial risk management.
