Your territory

As part of our Marketing team, you will:

• Take the lead in shaping and driving high-impact TV advertising campaigns across key markets, with a strong focus on North America
• Collaborate with external agencies and media partners to get campaigns live and secure the best possible pricing and conditions
• Own campaign performance by continuously analyzing results and optimizing for impact
• Set up and improve media buying processes around reporting, briefing, data handling and creative uploads
• Work closely with teams in our Linz headquarters and Seattle office to ensure alignment, transparency and smooth execution
• Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - youll never hear the phrase “...because thats how weve always done things”
• Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops that help you get to the next level

Your profile

Key requirements:

• Strong execution skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Clear and confident communication, also in negotiations or giving feedback
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
• Very good English skills
• Experience in media buying and understanding of its key concepts is a plus

Salary range

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 40,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
