BEREICHSLEITUNG/ SEKRETARIAT NEUROLOGIE (M/W/D) Landeskrankenhaus Rankweil

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

• Leitung und Koordination des Schreibbüros der Neurologie
• Verwantwortung über Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
• Professionelles Office-Management: Post, Korrespondenz und Auskünfte, Termin- und Telefonkoordination, uam.
• Schreiben von Arztbriefen und Befunden (nach Diktat)
• Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihre Kompetenzen

• Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
• Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung
• Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
• Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
• Selbstständige, effiziente und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Organisationstalent
• Professionelles Auftreten, gute Umgangsformen und freundliches Wesen
• Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
