Als Digital Marketeer unterstützt Du aktiv die Wachstumsstrategie des österreichischen Marketing-Teams. Du verantwortest Deine eigenen digitalen Kommunikationskanäle (z.B. SEA, SEO, Affiliate), setzt Maßnahmen zur Gewinnung von Neukund:innen um und trägst somit entscheidend zum profitablen Unternehmenswachstum bei. Dafür arbeitest du mit Kreativ- sowie Mediaagenturen zusammen und behältst dabei Erfolgskennzahlen sowie die Customer Experience im Blick, um Optimierungspotentiale zu erkennen und diese umzusetzen. Die Stelle ist befristet bis Oktober 2026, eine Verlängerung ist möglich.

Dies sind deine Aufgaben

• Konzeption und Umsetzung von Kampagnen zur Gewinnung von Neukunden mit Schwerpunkt Online-Marketing (z.B. SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Display, Paid Social, E-Mail)
• Analyse, Evaluierung und Conversion-Optimierung von Digitalkampagnen
• Mitarbeit bei lokalen und internationalen Projekten
• Budgetplanung und -verwaltung
• Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und internen Stakeholdern

Deine Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 1-2 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung im digitalen Marketing - idealerweise im Performance-Marketing
• Sehr gute schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Begeisterung für den Bereich digitales Marketing
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Flexible und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit

Jährliches Mindestentgelt von 39.000,00 Euro brutto (38,5 Stunden pro Woche) plus Prämien und Benefits. Eine Überzahlung nach Anrechnung deiner Vordienstzeiten ist möglich.
