Are you a talented videographer passionate about storytelling through compelling visuals? At Interactive Paper, were revolutionizing brand communication with innovative marketing solutions. As part of our mission to make marketing more interactive, sustainable, and future-ready, were seeking a Videographer to capture and create captivating content that aligns with our vision. In this role, youll focus primarily on video production but will have opportunities to collaborate across creative disciplines. Youll be instrumental in developing content that drives audience engagement and elevates our brand presence across digital channels. Tasks As a Videographer at Interactive Paper, your main responsibilities will include:

• Filming and editing video content for various platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize video projects that align with our branding and storytelling objectives.
• Setting up and operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear, to ensure professional-quality production.
• Creating short promotional videos, interviews, product showcases, and event highlights.
• Optimizing video content for various channels, ensuring the best formats and engagement strategies are applied.
• Managing post-production workflows, including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects integration.
• Occasionally supporting photography projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical expertise.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects tools like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and composition.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute video projects independently or within a team.
• Basic skills in photography and photo editing are a bonus.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to tight deadlines and changing priorities.
