As a First Level IT Support Specialist at Innerspace, youll be on-site in Innsbruck, at the forefront of delivering seamless VR experiences to our customers while keeping our internal IT operations running smoothly. Your mission is to troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and networking, with a special focus on VR setups, ensuring users can unlock immersive learning opportunities. Aufgaben

• Setting up and configuring VR hardware and software for our customers
• Serve as the first point of contact for internal & external Help Desk queries
• Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain records of troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices

Qualifikation

• Passion for Technology
• Solid grasp of Windows, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware/software issues
• Fluent German and good English skills, you will work in an English-speaking company
