THE ROLE

As Ecommerce Manager your focus will be to drive sales regionally and position Haypp.com for future expansion across the DACH region. This means locally building out the Ecom infrastructure and capabilities needed to scale the growth and identify opportunities to reach Haypp Groups aggressive growth targets.

Some of the responsibilities in the role:

• Full ownership for E-com and site performance - both a daily operation basis, but also in projects together with trans functional departments.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to generate eCommerce sales, including identifying target audiences, conducting market research, and creating compelling campaigns.
• Keeping a high hygiene level on site to boost conversion rate
• Develop / implement a strategic market plan together with our marketing teams
• Analysing customer behaviour on site and campaign/offering results to make sure the DACH stores content and offerings are optimized to deliver according to budget
• Content planning for the DACH markets
• Strategic project management for high level projects within the DACH markets
• Traffic acquisition - monitoring development and making sure that initiatives together with Marketing team is enough to reach and beat targets set

Ecommerce Manager at Haypp Group is a hands-on role that requires someone who is equally operational and strategic, able to fluidly navigate the sales and marketing of a strong brand, and who has an innate appreciation for consumers, consumer behaviour and the ability to build a brand across a relatively new and highly regulated market. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, who is an excellent project manager and above all a doer.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, or a related field. Master/MBA preferred.
• Proven work experience in eCommerce or a related field, demonstrating a track record of success in driving online sales in the DACH market.
• Someone with a commercial mindset to find and pursue opportunities in the DACH region
• Understanding (or strong eagerness to learn quickly) of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, CRM, and CRO.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues working on a different country.
• Ability to navigate and prioritize among projects while working with a wide variety of stakeholders across the organization
• Good Excel /Powerpoint skills with the capability to translate numbers into action
• Attention to detail, especially in data analysis and customer communications
• Fluent in English and German
