Job Description:

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH BEINHALTET

• Zuordnung von Kundennummern zu Import-Sendungen (Matching)

• Kundenaviso und Einholung von Verzollungsinstruktionen

• Abklärung zollrelevanter Fragen mit Kunden (EORI Nummer, Rechnung, Wertnachweise, etc)

• Zollabfertigung von Hold-Sendungen

• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

• Erstellung von Reporten

• Interne Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen

• Deine Arbeitszeit ist von Montag bis Freitag von 03:00 Uhr - 11:12 Uhr bzw.

04:00 Uhr - 12:12 Uhr - insgesamt 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

• Deine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

• Deine Zollkenntnisse (von Vorteil)

• Deine guten Englischkenntnisse

• Deine guten MS Office Kenntnisse

• Dein Teamgeist und selbständige Arbeitsweise

• Deine Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit

• Deine Genauigkeit, Flexibilität und Pünktlichkeit

• Ein eigener Pkw ist von Vorteil

• Dein Mindestgehalt beträgt brutto monatlich 2.750,00 Euro für 38,5 Stunden pro Woche, abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung
