Job Summary:The Market Research Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and industry developments. The role involves providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and driving the companys growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
• Monitor industry developments and analyze competitor strategies.

Customer Insights:

• Gather and evaluate data on customer demographics, behavior, and preferences through surveys, focus groups, and interviews.
• Develop customer personas and actionable recommendations for targeted campaigns.

Data Collection & Management:

• Use primary and secondary research methods to collect accurate and reliable data.
• Manage research databases and maintain organized records of findings.

Reporting & Presentation:

• Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations to communicate research findings effectively.
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies with research findings.
• Provide support for business development and strategic planning initiatives.

Tool Utilization:

Qualifications:

Education:

Skills:
