We are looking for a talented and experienced Band Manager to help us navigate the complexities of the music industry, form bookings, create promotions, manage tours and formulate business strategies on the behalf of the Producer.

The ideal candidate will be a performance DJ acquainted with stage-performance set-up and tear-down with experience in audio and video recording with a degree in social-media mass-marketing.

Responsibilities:

The Band Manager is responsible for facilitating performer auditions according to detailed specifications on behalf of the Producer.

Oversee and expand the bands social media presence and marketing efforts to ensure consistent and engaging content.

Manage all aspects of the bands business operations, including booking shows, negotiating contracts, and handling logistics.

Act as the primary point of contact between the band and external stakeholders (promoters, venues, record labels, etc.).

Coordinate the bands tour schedule, ensuring smooth logistics, accommodations, and transport arrangements.

Help negotiate recording contracts, merchandise deals, and sponsorships at the direction of the Producer

Handle financial management, including budgeting, payments, and revenue tracking on behalf of the Producer

Work closely with the band and Producer to ensure alignment with their artistic vision and business goals.

Assist with brand development and overall image strategy.

Foster positive relationships with fans, media, and industry professionals.

Be available for on-the-road support during performances, interviews, and events.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Band Manager, Artist Manager, or similar role in the music industry.

Strong understanding of the music business, including booking, contracts, royalties, and marketing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for music and commitment to the success of the band.

Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.

A network of industry contacts (venues, promoters, media outlets, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies is a requirement.
