YOUR ROLEArabian Oud is opening its first boutique in Austria! For this, we are seeking dedicated Sales Advisors who will play a key role in delivering the Arabian Oud brand experience as true ambassadors of the brand.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Customer Reception and Consultation: Greet every customer with elegance and professionalism, identify their desires, and provide a personalized shopping experience.
  • Product Presentation: Share your knowledge of the art of oriental perfumery, precious ingredients like Oud, and the houses unique creations.
  • Sales Promotion: Through your expertise and excellent customer service, achieve and exceed your individual and collective sales targets.
  • Customer Loyalty: Build strong relationships with customers by delivering top-tier service and an unforgettable shopping experience.
  • Boutique Presentation: Contribute to the appealing layout of the sales area and ensure the luxurious image of the brand is always maintained.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are passionate about the world of luxury and perfumery.
  • You have sales experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sense of customer service, and a polished appearance.
  • You are dynamic, motivated, and love challenges.
  • You are fluent in German; knowledge of English or another foreign language is a plus.
