We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who speak Croatian and English to join our team supporting You will be the voice of a trusted global travel Unternehmen, assisting customers with high-quality guidance and support.

Start date: 2 January 2026Standort: Athens, Griechenland (on site)Salary: 1200 eur gross x 14Contract: Permanent and TemporaryShift:

• 40h/week (8h/day, 5 days/week)
• Rotational Monday-Sunday | 08:00-19:00

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with bookings, account issues, and general inquiries
• Follow internal processes and escalate cases when needed
• Deliver service with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Represent the brand and ensure top customer satisfaction

Your Profile

• Native/fluent in Croatian
• English C1 and above
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• Basic computer literacy
• EU citizenship or a Residence Card with Full Market Access
