Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Growth Manager Lead to drive revenue expansion in Austria. This role involves creating and executing a clear growth strategy, analyzing consumer behavior, and optimizing promotional initiatives to boost top-line growth and bottom-line results.
- Develop and implement a market-specific revenue growth roadmap for Austria, providing actionable insights to the Austrian leadership team and supporting the Key Account team.
- Create pricing strategies that align with consumer needs and maximize the value of our product portfolio.
- Analyze promotional performance and design effective promotion guidelines to improve both top-line growth and bottom-line results.
- Refine the product mix by brand, price tier, and format to build a more profitable and strategically aligned assortment.
- Define optimal pack sizes and functional benefits to cover key consumption occasions and shopper missions effectively.
- Implement and refine the OBPPC framework addressing channel-specific opportunities and consumer moments.
Your Qualifications
- Hold a university degree in Business with a focus on Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Business Management.
- Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in RGM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or Consulting within the FMCG industry.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, experience with RGM calculations, and knowledge of key trade concepts.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively and collaborate across functions, with high resilience and adaptability.
- Be a data-driven decision-maker who can translate insights into strategies and actionable plans.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a true team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
