Salary: €25,330 (Gross/Year) + up to €4,470 (Gross/Year) Bonus

Role Overview

Join our team in vibrant Barcelona As an Ad Sales Account Executive, you will drive revenue growth by prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising clients across digital platforms. This hybrid role offers the perfect balance between office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will lead the full sales cycle—from identifying high-potential prospects to nurturing accounts through their initial 90-day onboarding—helping German businesses scale through world-class advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Enrich and prioritize outbound target lists and execute high-volume outreach (calls, emails, social media) to key decision-makers.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery calls to assess client needs and create tailored proposals that highlight the value of our advertising solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Own the process from lead to "Closed-Won." Negotiate terms and exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.
  • Client Success: Serve as the primary contact during the Erste 90 days post-close, monitoring performance and providing optimization insights.
  • Market Strategy: Navigate the German market by Positioning Google Ads as a valuable solution while addressing sophisticated questions about ROI and platform integration.
Requirements
  • Languages: C1+ level in German and advanced proficiency in English.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales, combining Business Development (SDR/BDR) and Account Executive responsibilities.
  • Digital Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital advertising, performance marketing, and social media ecosystems (Pinterest experience is a plus).
  • German Market Expertise: Clear understanding of German business practices, cultural nuances, and GDPR/data privacy regulations.
  • Skills: Excellent negotiation, complex problem-solving, and relationship-building skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
