The role

In this exciting role you will support our Senior Corporate Partnerships Advisor to deliver our high-growth corporate engagement program. Based at our main offices on the Bald Hills site, this part‑time Position works 45.6 hours per fortnight with flexible days for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in managing relationships with our corporate partners.
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships Advisor in identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
  • Handle inbound corporate partnership inquiries and assist with initial outreach.
  • Coordinate corporate volunteering programmes, running volunteer days and events as required.
  • Represent Guide Dogs Queensland at corporate functions and networking events.
  • Maintain up-to-date corporate partnership resources, CRM database and administration.
About you
  • Share our passion for dogs and making a difference to the lives of people with low vision or blindness.
  • Have a warm, engaging communication style and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Can manage competing priorities and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence supporting and hosting corporate volunteer groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM databases.
  • A proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
  • A valid, open driver’s licence.
