To support its continued growth and development, we are seeking to strengthen the team by hiring for the position of a JUNIOR QUALITY ENGINEER (m/f/d) in Bratislava.

What can you expect? With guidance from experienced senior colleagues, you will expand your expertise and acquire know-how in advanced, future-oriented technologies. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and lay the foundation for a long-term, rewarding career in the automotive sector. Your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Preparing and delivering quality reports to both customers and suppliers
• Cooperating with cross-functional teams, supporting project quality management
• Supporting the ramp-up of new projects and products
• Identifying issues related to product and process quality, issuing reports
• Analyzing potential failures and their effects in product design and manufacturing processes
• Drafting and tracking corrective actions
• Coordinating prototype (pre-series) installations
• Participating in internal audits and providing supplier support when necessary

What do we expect from you?

• A strong ambition to become a quality expert in automotive manufacturing. willingness to learn and grow with the company
• Passion for automobiles, strong technical and analytical thinking, a systematic, customer- and solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills
• University degree in technical discipline
• Preferably some experience in the automotive industry – knowledge of standard quality management systems and methods, project management, manufacturing processes, audit experience
• Excellent language skills - in addition to native Slovak/Czech also fluent English (C1) and at least good understanding of German (proficiency in German is a strong advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• High level of flexibility and adaptability, willingness to travel extensively
