We are recruiting for our Thaur Headquarters an on-site and full-time (40hrs/w)Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist(m/f/x)

Your mission with us:

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Team Member forOner Activebrand, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods, from placing purchase orders and managing supplier relationships to coordinating transportation and handling customs documentation. You will be responsible for inventory accuracy, cost control, and efficient logistics operations, all while working closely with our third-party logistics (3PL) partners. Your attention to detail and ability to proactively manage the supply chain will be key to our continued success.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own the supply chain:Manage the entire journey of our products, from placingpurchase ordersto coordinating inbound shipments and keeping ourinbound trackers and forecastsup to date.
• Be a logistics pro:Handle everything frombooking transportationand preparingcustoms documentsto building a reliable network ofhauliers and freight forwarders. You'll be responsible for finding competitive rates and approving invoices.
• Partner with our 3PLs:Collaborate closely with our third-party logistics partners on inbound scheduling, delivery quality, and resolving any issues that pop up. You'll also support special projects like relabeling.
• Keep things running smoothly:You'll create newSKUs and EANs, reconcile inventory, and supportUK stock transfers and bulk orders.
• Drive communication:Proactively connect with our suppliers to ensure we have everything we need, from detailed item information to precise delivery requirements.
• Manage the details:Oversee the ordering and delivery of packaging and verify invoices from both suppliers and our 3PLs to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze and optimize:You'll report on key performance indicators (KPIs) like delivery costs, lead times, and conformance, helping us continuously improve our processes.

Who You Are:

• You're aproactive problem-solverwith at least 1 year of experience in customer support or transportation. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are a master at finding solutions. With a high level of proficiency in bothEnglish and German (min. C1 level), you can communicate effectively across teams and with international partners.
• You're a true team player who is not afraid to take initiative. Your entrepreneurial spirit, strong attention to detail, and resilience are key to your success. You're also highly skilled with Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel, and can effortlessly manage data and reports.
