We invite you to join our customer’s team as a Polish Language Reviewer - AI Trainer, where your linguistic expertise will help define the next generation of AI-powered language solutions. In this fully remote, part-time role, you’ll apply your command of Polish language and keen communication skills to elevate the authenticity and accuracy of AI-generated Polish content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI-generated Polish text and speech for linguistic precision, fluency, and naturalness.
• Distinguish between native and non-native Polish language usage across various communication styles.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to enhance AI understanding of Polish grammar, idiomatic expressions, and cultural nuances.
• Collaborate with technical teams to improve AI voice models, emphasizing accent detection and language clarity.
• Analyze and annotate Polish language data to uphold high standards in pronunciation, vocabulary, and contextual relevance.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of assessment frameworks for identifying native Polish proficiency and ensuring quality control.
• Maintain thorough documentation of evaluation processes and participate in ongoing quality assurance initiatives.

• Native-level proficiency in Polish with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Acute sensitivity to different Polish accents, dialects, and regional variations.
• Educational background in Polish Studies, Linguistics, or related disciplines.
