Confidential Search – Senior Manager, AI Engineering (Generative AI & LLMs)

Salary - 330k USD / (1.2 mln polish zloty) per annum

Location - Poland (Necessary, relocation required)

The role

As Senior Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers, language engineers, and researchers. You will be responsible for setting technical direction, driving innovation, and ensuring the timely delivery of complex, high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI engineering in model integration, optimization, cloud services, and lifecycle management
• Drive alignment of technology with strategic goals in speech and audio synthesis
• Define the technology stack and guide critical architectural decisions
• Hire, develop, and mentor exceptional engineering talent

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing teams
• Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Strong architectural design and collaboration skills
• Preferred: Master’s in Computer Science or equivalent, experience with transformer architectures
