mit technischem Verständnis für die Vertriebsabteilung Vollzeit | Standort: Rutzenmoos

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Überwachung des Auftragsprozesses bis zur Produktübergabe an den Kunden
  • Kompetente Schnittstelle zu Technik und Produktion
  • Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundenkontakt
  • Reklamationsabwicklung
  • Unterstützung bei allen administrativen und organisatorischen Agenden im operativen Tagesgeschäft

IHR PROFIL

  • Erfahrung in einem technischen Beruf und kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Kommunikativ, strukturiert und belastbar
  • Erste Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z.B. Infor) von Vorteil
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
