• Du übernimmst die leitende Rolle unseres HR-Teams in Österreich
• Du kümmerst dich um alle HR relevanten Themen und bearbeitest diese im Rahmen der lokalen oder internationalen Vorgaben für Österreich und Schweiz
• Du bist Ansprechpartner*in zu personalrelevanten Themen und bist in regelmäßigem Austausch mit unserer internationalen HR-Community
• Du hast Mut zur Veränderung und optimierst laufend unsere bestehenden HR-Prozesse und triffst strategische Entscheidungen betreffend unserer Mitarbeitenden
• Zusammen mit anderen Führungskräften entwickelst du unsere Unternehmenskultur und das Culture Agent Netzwerk weiter
• Du bringst dein bereits gesammeltes Fachwissen ein, um unser Management Team im Bereich Leadership immer auf dem neuesten Stand zu halten

Das bringt dich in die Poleposition:

• Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Personalbereich
• Du konntest mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung einer Personalabteilung eines internationalen Unternehmens sammeln
• Du besitzt umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialrecht (abgeschlossenes Jurastudium von Vorteil)
• Du kennst dich gut in den Bereichen Budget- und Ressourcenplanung aus
• Du arbeitest eigenständig, analytisch und strukturiert, mit Hands-On-Mentalität
• Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, bist teamfähig und verlässlich
• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gehalt Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von € 6.100,00 brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Why Ayvens?
