Job Description:

DEIN AUFGABENBEREICH BEINHALTET

• Die schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden und dem Zollamt zur Klärung zollrelevanter Angelegenheiten

• Die Datenverarbeitung in UPS-Systemen und das regelmäßige Reportwesen

• Die selbständige Abwicklung der Export Zollabfertigung

• Die Erstellung von Versandscheinen (T1) und Warenerklärungen

• Die Zollbeschau und Tarifierung

• Deine Arbeitszeit ist von Montag bis Freitag von 09:00 bis 17:12 Uhr - insgesamt 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS

• Deine Zollkenntnisse (von Vorteil)

• Deine abgeschlossene Schulausbildung

• Deine sehr guten Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Deine guten Englischkenntnisse

• Deine guten MS Office Kenntnisse

• Deine selbständige Arbeitsweise

• Deine Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit

• Deine Genauigkeit, Flexibilität und Pünktlichkeit

• Ein eigener Pkw ist von Vorteil
