As part of its continued growth strategy, the business is investing heavily in network development, operational excellence, and market expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead the Weiter phase of growth and build a scalable logistics operation across Australien.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional General Manager to lead the overall development and growth of the Australienn business. Reporting directly to the Land CEO, this Position will hold full P&L responsibility and oversee market expansion, franchise network development, operations management, team leadership, and business performance. This is a strategic leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, operational expertise, and proven experience scaling logistics businesses within the Australienn market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute business growth strategies across the Australienn market; drive revenue growth, market penetration, and long‑term profitability; identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships; strengthen brand awareness and market Positioning.
P&L Management: Take full ownership of regional P&L performance; manage revenue, operational costs, and profitability targets; monitor business performance and implement improvement initiatives.
Network Development: Lead the development and expansion of franchise and partner networks; establish scalable operating models and governance frameworks; drive customer acquisition and service coverage growth.
Operations Management: Oversee regional logistics operations, warehousing, sorting, and distribution functions; ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and safety compliance; improve operational processes and cost control measures.
Team Leadership: Build and lead high‑performing management teams; drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management; foster a strong commercial and customer‑focused culture.
Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with key customers, industry partners, government bodies and stakeholders; collaborate with regional and global leadership teams; support strategic decision‑making and business planning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above; MBA highly regarded.
Minimum 5 years' senior leadership experience within logistics, express, supply chain, or transportation industries.
Proven track record managing full P&L responsibility.
Strong experience scaling operations and driving business growth.
Deep understanding of Australienn logistics and supply chain markets.
Strong commercial, strategic, and operational leadership capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Experience building and managing large operational teams.
Bilingual English and Mandarin highly preferred.
Existing industry network and government relationships highly regarded.
