We are an established NDIS provider with a strong foundation, committed team, and significant growth potential. We are now seeking an exceptional General Manager to help lead our Weiter stage of growth and operational excellence.

About The Role
Reporting directly to the Founders and working closely with the leadership team, you will be responsible for both the growth and operational performance of the organisation.
You will lead managers, improve accountability, strengthen culture, identify growth opportunities, and ensure the business is operating efficiently while maintaining exceptional participant outcomes.
This is a hands on leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture
Build and lead a high performing leadership team
Create a positive, accountable, solution focused culture
Coach and develop managers and team leaders
Manage performance and address issues proactively
Drive employee engagement and retention
Identify and execute growth opportunities
Develop referral and partnership strategies
Improve participant acquisition and retention
Lead strategic planning and execution
Operations
Ensure effective service delivery across the organisation
Improve systems, processes and efficiencies
Monitor key operational and financial metrics
Maintain compliance with NDIS standards and requirements
Oversee workforce planning and resource alStandort

Senior leadership experience within disability, healthcare, community services or a related sector
Demonstrated experience growing teams, services or organisations
Strong commercial and operational acumen
Experience leading organisational change
Exceptional people leadership skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
A proven ability to solve problems and execute plans
