As a Student Enquiry Officer, this is what youll be doing:

The Student Enquiry Officer will be acting as an ambassador for partner universities, this temporary position entails making outbound calls to prospective students and completing the necessary follow-ups as well as responding and redirecting emails.

Role responsibilities:

As a Student Enquiry Officer, your key responsibilities will include:

• Efficiently answering, screening, and transferring all calls to the right department; where necessary, assisting callers with general questions or taking messages.
• Conducting outbound call campaigns on undelivered emails and incomplete applications.
• Enter and maintain detailed and accurate prospect profiles via the CRM.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, responding to, and redirecting emails.
• And any other duties that fall within the scope and purpose of the role.

Key skills and experience:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Post-secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English. Strong consideration will be given to candidates fluent in English.
• Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Strong consideration will be given to candidates with previous contact centre or customer service work experience.
• Be available to work a variety of day shifts, as well as weekends and statutory holidays.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Well-organised, has good administration skills, and IT literate.
