What will you be doing?

We are looking for a highly talented individual to play a key role in driving financial strategy and business performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare reporting packages, analyses, and narratives to business partners and senior management with emphasis on identifying variance drivers and recommending actions.

• Maximize use of financial systems to drive growth (revenue pipeline review and forecast, recurring revenue streaming, and booking accuracy).

• Drive budgeting and forecasting support (enable accurate visibility of how we are tracking).

• Assist vertical leaders and their teams with forecast, revenue, billing, and contract inquiries as needed.

• Drive the implementation and adoption of new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) with testing, requirements development, reviews, and analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Sales Operations and/or Consulting.

• Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related business majors.

• CRM experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred, Implementation experience a plus.

• Experience with reporting and visualization software required, Power BI is a plus.

• Experience in the Tech/Software industry (with recurring revenues) a plus.

• High proficiency in Excel required.

• Must be a self-starter with intellectual curiosity to be a problem solver.

• Displays a strong ability to build models and develop outputs for stakeholder-friendly consumption.

• Has a proven track record of extracting, manipulating, and delivering insights from large data sets.

• Manages ambiguity, proactively ideating solutions to key business problems.

• Can influence peers and leaders, presenting financial concepts to a non-financial audience.

• Has a proven track record of working in multidisciplinary teams.
