• Support the project management office (PMO) of business line GaN
• Support the preparation of project meetings
• Maintain confluence framework for project reporting and project related topics
• Work with the globally distributed project management organization
• Support project management office with project specific tasks
• Mantaining project data for project management organization and management

Further Information Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.) Duration: min. 12 months Your Profile We are looking for students with the willingness to work in a challenging environment within a highly motivated international team . This job is suitable for applicants who are studying Business Administration , Innovation Management, IT or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Strong IT skills (fluent in MS office , knowledge of confluence preferred)
• Strong and communicative teamplayer
• Strong analytical and focus skills
• Natural p roblem solving attitude
• English C1 Level
• German bilingual preferred
• Pre-Knowledge in project management

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students ( https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf ).
