As a rapidly growing company, were looking for a WordPress Developer (Part-Time, 20 hours per week) to join our team and contribute to our innovative e-commerce and internal platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Customize WordPress Solutions:
- WooCommerce for our four online stores.
- Vanilla WordPress for our support platform.
- Custom WordPress solutions for product data management.
- Optimize Performance & Security: Identify and resolve bugs, security vulnerabilities, and downtime issues while ensuring a fast, secure website experience.
- Develop Internal Tools: Build tools that streamline workflows, enhance data accessibility, and improve customer service.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Keep track of the latest trends in WordPress, WooCommerce, and web development best practices.
Job Requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- At least 3 years of experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Proficiency in PHP and SQL, with experience in front-end technologies such as jQuery, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with Git is a plus.
- A solid understanding of website performance optimization (caching, minification, CDN, etc.).
- Expertise in debugging and troubleshooting WordPress issues.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor) is a plus.
- Must be based in Vienna, Austria.
- The company language is English, proficient language skills are required.
