With Metrobank, a meaningful life is within your reach! Position Title: Collections Admin Officer (Home and Auto Loans) Job Summary: The jobholder manages the Back Office unit of Collections. He/she formulates strategies and procedures to meet the administrative requirements of the department. He/she acts as the main contact person for, but not limited to, employee cards and deposit set-off process for secured accounts. The jobholder is also tasked to develop automated systems and streamline end-to-end procedures to reduce FTE requirements and costs of the department. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
  • At least 1 year of collections experience in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Office and file management experience is an advantage
  • Committed to mentoring and coaching people and shares own knowledge and expertise to improve peoples performance
  • Knowledge on other software application package such as MS Visio or MS Project is an advantage
  • Knowledge on collection systems
  • Concern for Quality and Standards - has the underlying drive to reduce inconsistencies, risks and errors in the surrounding work environment through monitoring, checking and compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement Focus- has the willingness to improve existing processes and procedures and find better ways of doing things, in terms of effectiveness (quality, accuracy, reliability, etc) and/or efficiency (cost, timeliness, etc)
