Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs
- Sourcing: Find potential candidates through databases, job platforms, social media, career fairs, and networking
- Screening: Review candidates job experience and create shortlists
- Interviewing: Assess candidates and match them with job openings. Assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Negotiating: Negotiate salaries

Recruiter Requirements:
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
