Summary of the Role:
The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing and managing various human resources functions, including compensation and benefits, and end to end payroll processing. The role involves supporting the overall HR strategy, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring efficient operations in line with company policies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Political Science, or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Knowledgeable in DOLE Compensation Handbook and Govt Statutories
- Experience in various HR functions, esp in Payroll Admin, Compensation & Benefits
- Proficient in MS Office applications esp in Excel
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
- Can start ASAP
