Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in relevant planning, logistics, or supply chain roles.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), WMS, ERP systems, and relevant planning software. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Industry Experience: FMCG or retail sector experience is highly desirable, especially in demand planning, stock management, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role):

• Demand Planner: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate demand forecasts, analyse market trends, and ensure timely inventory management.
• Location Planner: Oversee stock availability, optimise stock flow across DC and stores, manage supplier coordination, and lead a dynamic team.
• Outbound Planner: Ensure stores are stocked with key promotional items, monitor stock levels, manage order fulfilment, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Inbound Planner: Coordinate supplier deliveries, maintain booking schedules, manage returns, and ensure smooth communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
