Job Description: Billing Executive / Collection Executive - MaleIndustry: FMCG - Frozen FoodLocation: Ramanathapuram or Thaneerpandal, CoimbatoreExperience: 0.5-2 Years in billing, invoicing, or collections, Tally (preferably in FMCG or frozen food industry)Gender Preference: OpenWork Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Sat)
Key Responsibilities:Billing Executive:
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices for customers based on orders.
- Maintain records of invoices, payments, and transactions.
- Reconcile discrepancies between sales and billing data.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams for smooth order processing.
- Ensure compliance with taxation and regulatory requirements (e.g., GST).
Collection Executive:
- Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
- Maintain detailed records of payment status and pending dues.
- Resolve payment-related disputes or queries with customers.
- Provide regular collection updates to the finance team and management.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure smooth collections.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in billing or collections, Tally preferably in FMCG or frozen food industries.
- Proficiency in billing software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of GST, taxation, and basic accounting principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
