Job Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design:
• Design visually appealing and innovative graphics for digital and print media (web, social media, brochures, flyers, banners, etc.).
• Create unique and eye-catching visual content in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop design concepts for marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs meet the desired objectives and target audience.
• Video Editing:
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for promotional campaigns, social media, websites, and internal presentations.
• Create and integrate visual effects, animations, sound, and other elements to enhance video content.
• Manage video editing workflows, ensuring timely delivery of video content.
• Collaborate with content creators to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality output.
• Creative Strategy:
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design and video content.
• Ensure that all visual content aligns with the overall marketing strategy and brand identity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of video editing techniques, including color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating previous design and video editing work is a must.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and creating content tailored for digital marketing.
• Experience with 3D design and animation tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,775.67 - ₹38,335.71 per month
