If youre selected, you will: Take ownership of your role, making decisions to drive HubSpot projects forward. Collaborate with a supportive team that values accountability over micromanagement. Responsibilities:

• • Coordinate HubSpot-related projects (not more than 5 projects being handled simultaneously), ensuring theyre delivered on time and exceed expectations.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and task management to drive flawless execution.
  • Work closely with internal teams and clients to define goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Monitor milestones, keeping everyone on track with clear communication and regular updates.
  • Deep dive into tools like HubSpot, Outlook, and Teamwork, becoming an efficiency powerhouse.
  • Bridge the gap between clients and the internal team, ensuring alignment and clarity.
  • Identify challenges early and contribute to solutions that keep projects moving.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage resources to maximise productivity and results.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience working on Hubspot implementation covering sales, and marketing hubs.
• Experienced in project coordination, ideally within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is preferred.
• Highly proficient with HubSpot and eager to expand your expertise.
• Proficiency in the following tools is preferred: Teamwork, Loom, Make, Zapier, and any LMS.
• A strong communicator who can build trust with clients and teammates alike.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for juggling multiple priorities.
• Proactive and solution-driven, with a hunger to learn and innovate.
• Tech-savvy and excited to master new tools and processes
