Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients.

Duties

  • Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  • Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
  • Handle waste disposal in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements.
  • Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients.
  • Proficiency in English to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • A valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between job sites.
