A well-established LOGISTICS company in Clairwood is looking to employ an FEMALE Accounts clerk age 25-40.
Below requirements is a must:
- Invoicing on the accounting system
- Retrieving necessary documentation from filing system as and when required
- Scanning and copies of PODs with invoices for the necessary clients
- Knowledge of container / Break-bulk and transportation invoicing
- Fill out credit applications when required
- Computer skills must be above average, incl all Microsoft programs ( excel / Outlook / Word / PowerPoint)
- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SAGE ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
