Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance planning & hands on equipment Maintenance OR a Level 6 Engineering qualification or above
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
Willingness to be on-call for urgent maintenance.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, proactive, team-focused, and committed to continuous learning.
Planning & Coordination:
Develop and update maintenance schedules; prioritize work orders based on urgency.
Track spare parts, tools, and inventory to ensure availability.
Coordinate with maintenance teams, vendors, and contractors.
Analyze data to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize costs.
Hands-On Maintenance & Repair:
Perform inspections, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Provide emergency support and assist in facility maintenance.
Inspect and maintain lifting equipment; conduct load testing and calibrations.
Maintain detailed records and assist with on-site assessments and repairs for clients.
