The unit Operational Risk Management is essential within Group Enterprise-wide & OpRisk Management ensuring performance in terms of a qualitative and quantitative risk management, in particular: Group OpRisk RWA Management Pillar 1 and 2, OpRisk Loss data Management (including Regulatory Reporting and lessons learned) and implementation of an overall Group Operational Resilience Governance. In this role you are responsible for leading, fostering, motivating and developing a team of 12 people.

• Basel IV compliance and optimization (focus on RWA and Reporting, as well as relevant policy updates)
• Simplify Pillar 2 capital calculation, including development of new Scenario Analysis approach and Forward-looking scenario integration
• Responsibility for regular reporting and committees (ROCC, LOCC)
• Internal Control System (Focus on methodology and reporting)
• Implementation and establishment of Operational Resilience Governance
• Ensure a smooth integration of SSK tasks in daily business

• At least some managerial experience in risk management in the financial services industry, audit or financial consulting companies
• Deep understanding of banking / risk management framework and relevant regulations in order to provide expert advice
• You drive change and collaboration
• Capability to derive conclusions out of complex topics and communicate the results in a understandable and visually clear way
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills - both in German and English
• Affinity for numbers and ability to bring together and present them to different audiences
• Feeling accountable and responsible for deliverables and the team

• Great Exposure to senior management / regulatory authorities and being the representative of the unit in various committees
• In this role you will contribute to the overall bank-wide strategic initiatives focusing on ERM 2026
• This position is announced as a maternity leave replacement and is therefore limited until 09/2026
