Dynamics 365 Technical Support (m/f/d)

• Working in close collaboration with Dynamics 365 Solution Architect and Dynamics 365 Administrator and supporting rollouts of the aligned solution at FOUR PAWS globally
• Contributing to the configuration and administration of relevant solution components of Dynamics 365
• Providing Dynamics 365 technical expert input into the user training, supporting stakeholders and end-users
• Serving as first level technical support - analysing reported issues, identifying errors and finding solutions
• Documenting technical development, configuration, customisation
• Helping create testing scenarios, respective documentation and running pre-tests

Your profile ideally illustrates:

• Technically skilled resource at the beginning of Dynamics 365 journey, willing to learn while supporting the development and administration processes
• Understanding of ERP systems, with first experiences in technical configuration and customization
• Good understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, especially out-of-the-box features is of advantage
• Microsoft Power platform understanding is also of advantage
• Bachelors degree, ideally in Computer Science or equivalent
• Technical abilities to solve complex problems
• English proficiency
• Team-work, collaborative, excellent communication skills
• Growth mindset, curious nature, solution oriented, pro-active
• Passion for animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
