Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimum Diploma atau Sarjana dari berbagai disiplin ilmu
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun dalam pengelolaan dokumen, terutama di Perusahaan yang menerapkan standar mutu
  • Awarness/mengerti dasar-dasar Quality Management
  • Terampil menggunakan MS Office
  • Kemampuan untuk bekerja secara efektif di bawah tekanan dan berorientasi pada tenggat waktu yang ketat
  • Memiliki keterampilan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara lisan maupun tulisan, dan perhatian terhadap detail serta mudah berinteraksi dengan tim
  • Berpikir sederhana dan logis.

Uraian Tugas/Pekerjaan:

  • Mengelola, mengorganisir, dan menyimpan dokumen mutu, termasuk prosedur, manual, catatan, dan formulir.
  • Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem pengendalian dokumen untuk memastikan semua dokumen versi terbaru dapat diakses.
  • Meninjau dan memperbarui dokumen sesuai standar mutu dan regulasi yang berlaku.
  • Membantu dalam persiapan dan pengelolaan dokumen kontrol terkait audit internal dan eksternal.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan berbagai departemen untuk mengumpulkan, mengatur, dan mengarsipkan dokumen agar mudah.
