Infrastructure & Facilities Supervisor (For Module Project)

Supervise the subordinate on work result

Ensuring the resources (manpower, material, time, etc.) usage are allocated to the satisfaction of classification society and owner

Ensuring specifications (content, diagram, chart, table, etc.) and work Instruction are followed to meet the product requirements.

Co-coordinating work progress and ensuring that activities and resource use conform to plan requirements.

Co-ordinating work program with other supervisor and other trade Supervisor properly.

Ensuring all Safety and quality requirement are met all times

Manage and measure the productivity on related issues.

Supervise the employees work discipline

Supervising and coordinating the facility job process based on customer and quality objective

Verify the facility work schedule upon the job target

Control the job process, job safety condition, job target, man hours allocation

Handling all internal dept. problem solving and formulating the corrective action

Liaise with other department, employee job performance, safety condition for continues improvement in the department

Report to manager for every job achievement.

Ensure that all routine maintenance activity is carried out and minimize down time on all equipment.

To follow the Safety Rules and Regulation set refer to Occupational Health & Safety Policy and Environmental Policy by the yard.

Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines and regulations throughout all phases of infrastructure and facilities projects

Ensure that infrastructure projects and facilities are developed with environmental sustainability in mind, complying with all relevant environmental standards

Electrical/Mechanical/Marine or a related field

Minimum 3-5 Years experience in this field

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Ability to work with multi-national workforce.

Experience in the oil and gas industry/Shipyards/large industrial projects is highly advantageous

Graduated from Batam polytechnic mechatronic with E&I Certify is advantage

Analytical thinking, creative problem solving.

Excellent leadership and supervisory skills to manage teams, contractors, and vendors effectively.
