Digital Marketing/ Lead Generator Trainee

Durban based company is seeking the services of a marketing graduate.

Shortlisted candidates will have to provide a portfolio of 2 marketing design tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage WordPress website updates, landing pages, and pop-ups
• Create content for social media, lead magnets, e-books, and webinars
• Execute paid social media ads on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.
• Conduct competitor research to stay informed about industry trends
• Collect and manage databases
• Coordinate and manage product launches
• Design graphics for social media, brochures, and spec sheets
• Conduct lead generation campaigns to attract and convert potential clients
• Collaborate with SEO specialist for managing SEO efforts
• Develop engaging social media content to enhance online presence
• Write blog posts and e-books promoting company products
• Craft email newsletters to engage prospects and customers
• Ensure all marketing activities align with company values and brand identity
• Utilize project management skills to execute campaigns efficiently
• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase client base
• Take photos of products, events etc.

Additional Descriptions:

• Content Marketing: Manage all content marketing initiatives including blog posts, articles, and email newsletters.
• Social Media: Develop and implement social media strategy, manage channels, and engage with the audience.
• Graphic Designer: Create visually appealing graphics and designs for marketing materials.
• Marketing: Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Lead Nurturing: Manage leads through the sales funnel and optimize lead conversion rates.
• Data Analyst: Analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Graphic design experience using WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp
• Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
• Proficiency in website management tools and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams
