Job Summary

As an Apprenticeship Trainee at Baxter Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment. This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and training in various aspects of the business, with a focus on career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and develop new skills: Participate in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job training to develop skills and knowledge in areas such as business operations, customer service, and technical skills.
• Contribute to team projects: Collaborate with colleagues to complete projects and tasks and contribute to the achievement of team goals and objectives.
• Develop problem-solving skills: Analyze problems and develop solutions, with guidance and support from experienced colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records: Ensure accurate and timely completion of records, reports, and other documentation as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Engineering Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics or equivalent.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and customers.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, processes, and technologies.
• Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
