Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the execution of HVACR and BMS installation projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and the highest ethical standards.
- Lead a multi-disciplinary team of Project Managers, promoting collaboration and innovative problem-solving.
- Engage in pre-bid processes, assessing risks and providing accurate information to support sales efforts.
- Drive project reviews and initiate corrective actions to optimize performance and enhance profitability.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the team.
- Coach and develop team members on operational risk management and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards for all team members and subcontractors.
Your Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HVAC/R,BMS operations or a senior project management role.
- Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years of people management experience, focusing on team development and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact with diverse audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex problems and implement effective solutions.
- Commitment to safety and ethical practices in all aspects of work
- German and English - professional working knowledge written and spoken
- Active driver willing to travel to our customers (approx. 50% of working time).
- Financial acumen.
