Busy 4 physician medical office seeks a self-starter with the ability to multi-task, prioritize busy schedules and handle multiple priorities to provide the highest level of customer service. Seeking a multi-faceted medical assistant who can manage all aspects of working in a medical office from phones to front desk to back office. Our motto is “Do whatever it takes”. Responsibilities include surgery scheduling, medical diagnostic testing, assisting our doctors with patient flow (medical assisting), answering phones, and front desk. Requirements: Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. The suitable candidate thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoys building relationships with patients. Success factors include being a fast learner, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. 1 year medical office experience required.
